Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to fill a full-time role within an Integrated Family Support Service based in Wales.
The pay rate for this locum Service Manager job is to be confirmed and is a 12-month contract.
Summary:
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to gain valuable experience managing a regional, strength based, multi-disciplinary service. IFSS is an innovative service, delivering the IFST model and CRAFT to families in the area.
This is an opportunity to work with stakeholders of statutory and commissioned services; provide effective management and strategic thinking both within IFSS and across Children's Services to shape and influence strength based practice.
Requirements:
Recognised Social Work Qualification
Registration with Social Work England
At least two years' experience
