Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Trafford.
The pay rate for this locum Service Manager job is £45 (based on experience) per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To develop good strong practice within the team backed up by restorative practice.
- To manage two team leaders and to support their development.
- To work with the Frontline project and attend any relevant meetings.
- To complete audits both formal and informal.
- To deputise where necessary for the strategic lead.
- To know their team and the area of work and identify any learning or trends.
- To work multi agency with partners collaboratively.
Requirements:
- A recognised Social Work qualification.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Must have strong change and performance management experience/skills.
