Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to fill a full-time role based in Cornwall within a Children and Families Service.
The pay rate for this locum Service Manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
The Service Manager has direct line management responsibility for a number of social work qualified Team Managers and Principal/Consultant Social Workers (L Grade) and/or 'Registered Managers' (K Grade).
Team Managers and Principal Social Workers supervise the work of social work qualified practitioners and other staff.
Registered Managers manage multi-disciplinary teams of staff who are delivering registered services, in some cases in residential settings.
Requirements:
A recognised Social Work qualification.
Registered with Social Work England.
Must have strong change and performance management experience/skills.
