Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Interim Service Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Trafford, within the Aftercare Team.
The pay rate for this locum Interim Service Manager job is £42 - £45 (based on experience) per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Be responsible for the day to day management, development and co-ordination of the activities of a multi-agency team within the Children in Care service with specific responsibility for Care Leavers.
Requirements:
- A recognised Social Work qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
- Must have strong change and performance management experience/skills
- Must have experience of service improvement/improvement journeys and preferably experience of managing a care leaver service.
