Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Lead to fill a full-time role within a MASH Service based in West Sussex. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice and be registered with the Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Service Lead job is £63,708 - £69,091 per annum.
About the job:
You will be joining an ambitious service with strong leadership and clear lines of support. As part of the Bromley Promise there will be a dedicated two-week induction programme upon joining us, manageable caseloads, you will work in a small cluster team containing just five Social Workers/Seniors and one Team Manager and you will have dedicated time set aside for quality reflective supervision.

Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Experience in management and service improvements you'll have a passion for raising the standards in social work practice and you'll have the confidence to negotiate with key partners.
