Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Service Development Officer to work within Housing Services based in Southwark.

This pay rate for this locum Service Development Officer role is £21.68 per hour (ltd) and has an initial 4-month contract.

Main duties:

  • Challenge departmental and divisional performance information to ensure high quality data and continuous improvement in service provision
  • Undertake process reviews of front-line services in the Housing Services Department to ensure efficiency and compliance with legislation and procedures as required
  • Undertake projects to drive performance improvements across the Housing Services Department
  • Develop and maintain a procedures manual for all divisions of the Housing Services Department, and to update annually or when legislation dictates

Requirements of the Service Development Officer:
