Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Transformation Programme Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in London.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Transformation Programme Manager job is £450 per day (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To manage a range of complex change and transformation programmes and projects across Children and Young people services as part of our improvement journey.
- To challenge the system to think radically and promote a culture of positive disruption.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and a proven track record in leading complex change, improvement and transformation portfolio's, projects and programmes.
- Extensive experience in programme management and project methodologies.
- Significant experience in working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and embed change and improvement culture across the organisation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
