You will play a pivotal role in developing family support interventions for children under statutory plans. **What you will do:**
- Lead family support interventions for children on statutory plans such as Child in Need and Child Protection.
- Collaborate with Social Workers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and lead parenting programmes and interventions for families, including those affected by domestic abuse.
- Hold a caseload that includes co-working on child protection and care proceedings.
- Conduct Return Home Interviews and develop personalized support packages for young people.
- Participate in multi-agency meetings, representing the child and family to identify appropriate support.
- Maintain accurate case records and complete assessments that are translated into SMART plans.
- Deliver groupwork and outreach programmes addressing risk behaviours and promoting engagement.
- Advocate for children and their families, referring them to appropriate services as needed.
- Promote a diverse and multicultural service ethos across all facets of the role.
