Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Senior Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to work full-time based in Stevenage. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Recovery Worker job is £16 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To carry out telephone triage assessments and provide advice and brief interventions as required.
- To route incoming calls to appropriate destination.
- To ensure all relevant information is recorded on CRIIS where required.
- To listen and look after the needs of the service user, professionals and partners, showing a 'can always do' attitude.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a recovery worker
- Substance misuse experience is essential
