Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a permanent vacancy for a Band 5 Senior Staff Nurse to work within a Critical Care Unit based in Guernsey.
The pay rate for this permanent Band 5 Senior Staff Nurse role is £36,501-49,449 per annum (pro-rata).
Main duties:
- Deliver individualised patient care based on principles of best practice through developing a theoretical knowledge base for the care of patients with acute physiological needs
- Delivering a high standard of care to high dependency and critically ill patients for allocated shifts
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team and offer support and advice to patients, relatives and colleagues
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
