Sanctuary Social Care has a locum vacancy for a Senior Social Worker to work part-time based in Ilford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Social Worker role is £30.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract. This role will be part-time working with 25 - 30 hours per week.
Duties:
- A mix of home and office -Manager is happy to have discussions around this so can be flexible
- Small team- mostly virtual visits/support with families though some face to face visits may be required
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Must have exp in fostering 1 year plus as Supervising Social Worker
