Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to work based in Loughborough, within the Lower Limbs Rehabilitation Division (Hospital-based).
The pay rate for this locum Senior Social Worker role is £30.32 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Requirements of the Senior Social Worker:
- Must have a Degree and/or Diploma in Social Work or a suitable equivalent that is recognised by the appropriate regulatory body of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Must be currently registered with the appropriate regulatory body of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Must be able to assist the lead advisor and manage a professional service for DMRC.
- Support the rheumatology and rehabilitation multi-disciplinary clinical team (musculoskeletal, complex trauma and neurological) providing a proactive Social Work service to aid the successful rehabilitation of patients back to maximal possible health and operational fitness or reintegration into civilian life.
- Caseload management experience in a multi professional setting.
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of all relevant social care legislation.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Must hold a full driving licence valid in the UK.
- Must have undertaken Safeguarding training up to Level 3, be in date for all Safeguarding training (Children and Adults) and be able to prove currency.
