What you will do:
- Provide expert support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring high standards of care for children in the fostering system.
- Conduct assessments and prepare reports to inform and guide fostering decisions.
- Work closely with family and friends/kinship carers to provide support and consultation around their unique fostering needs.
- Liaise and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote the best outcomes for children in care.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to team development and strategic planning.
