Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a permanent vacancy for a Senior Social Worker to work within a Family Finding Team based in Slough.
The salary for this permanent Senior Social Worker role is £41,239-46,088 per annum depending on experience (pro-rata).
Main duties:
- Be responsible for undertaking social work on allocated cases by producing outcome based plans to children and foster carer families
- Develop relationships with children, young people and foster carer families to improve impact of work
- Participating in routine auditing activity across the service to secure the higher standards of social work practice
- Complete financial assessment to determine contributions and levels of service
Requirements of the Senior Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant experience working within a similar role
