What you will do:
- Manage a complex caseload with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert assessment, support planning, and interventions for adults with diverse needs.
- Lead and mentor less experienced team members as a Practice Educator, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver integrated services that meet the needs of the community.
- Provide professional leadership in situations that require intricate assessments and support planning, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients.
- Utilise an advanced understanding of social work methodologies to solve complex problems and support clients in achieving desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational policies to ensure effective case management.
