Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Scrub Nurse to work 37.5 hours per week based in Chelmsford, within the Ophthalmic & ENT Team.
The salary for this permanent Senior Scrub Nurse job is £39,500 per annum.
Duties:
- Lead and support in the management & organisation of care provision within the operating department
- Be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services within Ophthalmic & ENT
Requirements of the Senior Scrub Nurse:
- Post registration experience as a Scrub Practitioner including Ophthalmic and ENT surgery
- Experience in leading a team is desirable
- NMC/HCPC registration - your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions
- ALS/EPALS certificate – desirable
- Surgical First Assist Qualification - desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- A positive, “can do” attitude and the want to make a difference in their work
