Sanctuary Social Care has locum vacancy for a Senior Practitioner to work full-time based in Kensington and Chelsea, within the Placement Review Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner role is £34.50 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
The senior will be part of a team of up to 4 workers to work alongside colleagues in integrated services and ensure effective care and move on plans are in place for the priority group in placements and all NRPF cases.
Duties of the Senior Practitioner:
- To oversee, undertake and ensure a Care Act and or s117 assessment and or review of those in priority placements and all NRPF cases takes place
- To work with the existing teams to identify and ensure support plans are in place
- Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults' services
A target of 6 reviews/reassessments per week has been set for each worker

All out of Borough supported accommodation -with a view of returning in Borough or moving to independence
