Sanctuary Social Care have permanent vacancies for Senior Practitioners to work in Bromley, within the Emergency Duty Team. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for these salary Senior Practitioners role is £39,122 - £46,073 per annum plus £2,000 annual retention payment, a £2,000 Golden Hello and lease car.

Summary:
The EDT responds to social work emergencies which need addressing outside normal office hours and which cannot wait until the next working day. Work is generated across all areas of social work to include vulnerable adults, children and families and Mental health services. The successful candidate will provide an "emergency out of hours" response for all residents across the London Borough of Bromley. The candidate should be able to demonstrate their ability to lone work.
Requirements of the Senior Practitioners:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Must be a car driver
- Experience of working across children, adults and Mental Health (AMHP) would be desirable. However AMHPs willing to work in a daytime Children's team for a minimum of 3 months before going on the EDT will be considered.
