Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to work full-time within an Adults Access Team based in Yate. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner job is £38 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults services
- Experience in a similar role
- SGA and Duty experience essential.
- Full clean driver's licence and access to a car (or able to use another appropriate means of travel) to travel to a range of locations including home visits
