Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner within Adoption Services based in Greenwich.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner job is £32 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Dealing with Adoption Support Services, which covers completing ASSA
- Making ASF application
- Providing Intermediary counselling and access to records and being part of the team duty rota
- Developing effective practice through direct development of others and through driving practice improvement across the service by actively participating in process / procedure and policy / strategy development
- Dealing with the most complex cases, partly in order to maintain credibility and experience in the field
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant experience working within a similar role
