Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to work based in Sheffield.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner job is £35 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Support and train newly qualified social workers
- Support NQSWs through more complex cases by co working those pieces of work
- Audit cases and pull-out themes that will feed into the workforce development plan
- Supporting the consultant social work team
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant experience working within a similar role
