Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist to work full-time in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The salary for this permanent Physiotherapist job is £35,753.33 per annum.

Duties:

  • To manage a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard.

  • Meet all objectives set at performance review

  • All documentation standards are met

  • Patient satisfaction

  • Delivery of productivity targets contributing to departmental benchmark (EBITDA)

  • Undertake departmental clinical audit

  • Clinical quality indicators (e.g. infection rates)

  • CQC/HIS/HIW reports

  • Delivery of Physiotherapy dashboard metrics

  • Delivery of productivity targets

  • Use of evidence-based outcome data

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy

  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist

  • Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist

  • Previous NHS experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly with a range of people at differing levels across the hospital, deploying a range of techniques to do this effectively.

  • Able to support and develop staff to deliver business goals.

  • Motivated and enthusiastic.

  • Good team player.

  • Results driven, possessing a proven track record of delivering against targets.

  • Chartered Physiotherapist with previous postgraduate experience in a range of specialties

  • Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.

  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.

  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.

  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.

  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
