Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Senior Operations Manager to work within a Waste and Cleaner Communities Team based in Barking and Dagenham.
This pay rate for this locum Senior Operations Manager role is £200-250 per day (ltd) and has an initial 3-month contract.
You will support the Head of Operations in the development and implementation of strategies and policies that deliver and maintain exemplary services borough wide.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exemplary services comprising:
Recycling and Waste collections
Green Garden Waste operations
Trade Waste collection service
Bulky waste collections
Requirements of the Senior Operations Manager:
Experience of processes and procedures in Caretaking, Street Cleansing and other Cleaner Communities service management
Experience of managing and developing a team to deliver excellent public services
Experience of Cleaner Communities operational service management in a multi-functional organisation
