Sanctuary Mental Health are looking for a Neurodevelopmental practitioner / Senior Mental Health Practitioner to be based at the CAMHS team in Aylesbury.

The service would like someone to start as soon as possible for an initial 3 months then a rolling contract. Hours will be 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9 - 5

Once settled, there will be an opportunity for up to 80% working from home, but the candidate will need to be able to travel in at short notice, if needed to do an urgent mental health assessment.

The senior mental health practitioner will join our multidisciplinary CAMHS team in Buckinghamshire, working in the Neurodevelopmental Pathway. The post holder will be working with a wide range of children and young people and will be expected to demonstrate expertise and leadership in relation to assessment and intervention for young people with range of complex neuro-developmental diagnoses as we as providing pre-diagnostic support to families with children and young people on the waiting list.

In addition to direct clinical work, there will be the opportunity to use a wide range of core clinical skills such as teaching, training, consultation, supervision, and audit / service evaluation. 

Experience with neurodevelopmental conditions, preferably including diagnostic experience.
