Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a job based in Northallerton for a Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work 37.5 hours per week.

The pay rate for this full-time role is £24 - £26 per hour (Assignment rate – based on experience) and is an initial 3-6 month ongoing contract.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday – Friday

Duties:

  • Working collaboratively with service users and their families/carers
  • Providing clinical supervision
  • Mentoring students or practise placement
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Quality improvement activities

Requirements of the Senior Community Mental Health Nurse:

  • Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
  • A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
  • Be able to drive and have use of a vehicle, millage paid
  • Significant experience working with people with mental ill health in a care environment
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Significant experience working with people with mental ill health in a community environment
