Sanctuary Social Care has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Senior Commissioning Manager to work in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children's Services and be registered with the HCPC.
As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £48,531 - £51,622 per annum.
Summary:
- As Senior Commissioning Manager you will be expected to lead on the delivery of the strategy which includes both the development of in-house provision and a range of tendered provision. You will also work closely with colleagues in property to develop/refurb the buildings identified.
Requirements of the Senior Commissioning Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Recent experience within a similar role
- A knowledge of commissioning is essential
- Knowledge of residential care would be desirable with an ability to engage young people in the development work and work with a range of partners and providers leading on the delivery of the project.
