Sanctuary Mental Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 8a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work full-time based in Tottenham.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist job is £37 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Main Duties:
- Provide specialist assessment and treatment of patients within the CRT and the Psychosis Pathway.
- Maintain a clinical role within the CRT, formulating and implementing appropriate treatment plans within the clinical model of the service.
- Liaise with other professionals to contribute to the establishment of continuity of care across the services.
- Offer specialist clinical supervision to colleagues as well as expert advice and teaching to other professionals.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- Provide supervision to qualified staff and trainees and teaching to mental health service staff.
- Carry out audit to help inform policy and service developments within the area served by the team/service.
Requirements of the Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist:
- To be eligible for this role you must be an HCPC registered psychologist
- To have a relevant qualification and recent experience is essential.
- Post qualification and further specialist training in specified specialist intervention.
- Must have relevant Neuro and mental health experience
