What you will do:
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a varied caseload, including adults and children with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Mentor and support junior staff to foster their professional development
- Engage in continuous professional learning to stay at the forefront of speech pathology practices
- Provide support to individuals living with permanent and significant disabilities, particularly focusing on NDIS expertise
- Utilise strong communication skills to engage with clients and families, establishing a trusting and productive relationship
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). A minimum of two years of experience, ideally with paediatric patients, and supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
