What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop safeguarding plans for vulnerable children and families.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to families, promoting safety and wellbeing.
- Undertake duty visits primarily in Loughborough, with occasional duties in Melton.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
