What You Will Do:

Carry out mental health assessments and create individualised care plans

Deliver therapeutic interventions and provide crisis support as needed

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and coordinated care

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with both prison and healthcare regulations

Offer mental health education and support to inmates, encouraging recovery and rehabilitation
