About the Business

Innovate Services is a rapidly growing division within the Sanctuary Personnel Group; a market leading supplier of people and services to the public and private sector, specialising in Health and Social Care. We have an ambitious strategy to grow our profitability over the next 3 years and require an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support the Innovate Services business.

About the Role

We are looking for an inspiring individual to lead the sales operations within the Innovate Services business!
Someone who has a true passion to drive operational performance and deliver compelling and aligned marketing and business development processes that make a real impact to growth and revenue generation.

The role requires creativity; working closely with the marketing team and the business development team, you'll be responsible for ensure the sales operations are delivering campaigns and processes that enable the business to meet its ambitious growth targets; reporting on progress to the wider business with clarity and consistency.

You will also be responsible for investigating new business opportunities, building out the components of the proposition and co-ordinating the development of the business case.

You will be based in Ipswich, with regular (~fortnightly) travel to Wrexham, and report to the Innovate Services CEO; working as part of the Innovate Services Senior Management Team to develop and implement the required processes, structures and activities to effect rapid growth.

In addition, you will also be responsible for overseeing the day to day admin and operations teams based in Wrexham.

  • Have extensive operational experience, with an ability to apply knowledge and learnings to new scenarios
  • Have a strong commercial mindset, with an ability to develop clear plans for the provision of new services and propositions, and experience of writing compelling business cases
  • Have a creative mindset, enabling a clear understand of how to engage senior client contacts
