Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Residential Service Manager - Designated Safegaurding Lead (DSL) to work based in Finsbury Park.

The pay rate for this locum Residential Service Manager job is negotiable and is an initial 3-month contract, could be longer.

Flexible working, 2 days in the centre and 3 from home.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday - Friday

Requirements of the Residential Service Manager:

  • Relevant qualification
  • Ideally needs to be a Safeguarding Lead with good Mental Health experience
  • DSL qualification
  • Experience in leading a team
