What you will do:
- Provide specialised dietary advice tailored to the needs of renal patients, ensuring they receive the best nutritional care to manage their conditions.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised nutrition plans.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about dietary management and lifestyle choices to support improved health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to research and audit initiatives to enhance renal dietary practices.
Requirements:
- Current HCPC registration is necessary to practice as a Renal Dietitian in the UK.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car for travel within the London Borough of Newham.
