Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a permanent role for a Case Manager to work remotely.
This pay rate for this permanent Case Manager role is negotiable (depending on experience and qualifications). The role is available for full time or part time (minimum of 3 days per week).
Main duties:
- Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for Occupational Health advice
- Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports
- Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH
- Provide clinical supervision and support other team members, where less experienced
- Maintain a valid and up to date registration with the NMC and comply with NMC guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered nurse
- Case Management and provision of OH advice
Requirements of the Case Manager:
- You will be an experienced Case Manager and comfortable with telephone-based assessments
- Able to produce valuable reports for the employer and employee
- The role will suit an experienced Case Manager either from an Occupational Health background, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy background or an RMN or Rehabilitation Case Worker
- Full support and training provided. You will also have access to full support from a team of OH Physicians
