Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a permanent vacancy for a Band 6 Team Leader to work within Adult Community Services based in Guernsey.
The pay rate for this permanent Band 6 Team Leader role is £36,501-49,449 per annum (pro-rata).
Main duties:
- Providing senior leadership to the Ward team
- Deputise for the Ward Manager as required
- Take a lead role in service management and delivery
- Acting as a role model in establishing standards for professional practice
Requirements of the Team Leader:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
