What you will do:
- Undertake comprehensive mental, social and physical assessments of individuals with serious mental illness.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide acute assessment and intervention for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises or at risk of self-harm.
- Engage in case management and comprehensive documentation for seamless care delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate therapy sessions, providing education for clients and their families.
- Contribute to policy and service development, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.
- Work in partnership with other health providers to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.
- Promote mental health awareness and contribute to community education initiatives.
