Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a job based in Wandsworth for a Band 3 /4 Rehabilitation Assistant/Therapy Technical Instructor.
The pay rates for this locum Rehabilitation Assistant/Therapy Technical Instructor role is £15 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
This role will often involve working as a lone clinician and also as part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday – Friday
- 08:30 am – 16:30 pm
- 37.5 hour week
Duties:
- Supporting Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy
- Be responsible, under supervision, for the management of a caseload of adults with a wide range of neurological disorders offering specialist community and out-patient rehabilitation
- Work with a caseload of patients including those with a complex and highly complex social, psychological, communication, and cognitive presentation, delivering agreed individualised treatment programmes working towards client’s goals
Requirements of the Rehabilitation Assistant/Therapy Technical Instructor:
- Experience in working with adults/older people in the field of neurology/neuro rehabilitation
- A competent cyclist or car driver, but an efficient user of public transport would be considered
