Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 4 Rehabilitation Assistant to work full-time based in Redbridge.
The pay rate for this locum Rehabilitation Assistant role is £16.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
The postholder will work between the community in patients property as well as A+E setting.
Duties:
- Admission Avoidance/crisis intervention across 3 London boroughs
- Rapid response for therapy assessments in acute frailty setting
Requirements of the Rehabilitation Assistant:
- HCPC registration
- Car driver with access to a car
