Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work full-time as a Registered Practitioner within a Complex Intervention and Treatment Team based in Swindon.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Registered Practitioner job is £30.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 2-month contract.
Duties:
- Provide care coordination for an allocated caseload of service users with substantial and critical mental health needs
- Undertaking high-quality assessments
- Developing care plans
- Delivering and reviewing therapeutic interventions
- Act as a supervisor and role model to others
Requirements of the Registered Practitioner:
- RMN qualified
- Active NMC Registration
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge in the areas of the delivery of mental health care in the community, with particular reference to the needs of Older People
- An understanding of both the CPA and Care Management processes
