Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work within an Inpatient Team based in Oxford.
The pay rate for this locum a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) is £25-35 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Use agreed assessment tools to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients and carers
- Provide high quality evidence based holistic nursing care to patients and carers
- Be responsible for the co-ordination, risk assessment and management of the ward for the duration of your duty
- Work as part of the MDT, in the management of care for inpatients and day patients presenting with eating disorders
- Contribute to the quality improvement and service development of the eating disorder unit by promoting high standards of care delivery and challenge poor practice
- Communicate clearly (verbally, in writing and electronically) with patients, carers and the multi- disciplinary team
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN):
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
