Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse to fill a full-time role within an Assessment and Treatment Service based in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse job is £20.06 - £33.94 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Summary:
The Assessment and Treatment Service is a 7-bedded specialist inpatient unit adults with learning disabilities who have a mental health problem and/or exhibit behaviours and whose needs cannot be met in the community or by mainstream inpatient services. Majority of patients are detained under the Mental Health Act.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse:
Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
NMC registration and a valid live pin
Recent Mental Health nursing experience
Learning disability trained
Inpatient experience
