Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse to work full-time within a Homeless Primary Care Team based in Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of general nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Registered General Nurse job is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- The nurse will have to be able to provide the full range of primary care practice nursing interventions including blood taking and leg dressings.
- The nurse will need to be able to use EMIS web clinical system.
- The nurse must be a non-medical independent prescriber able to prescribe from the whole formulary.
Requirements of the Registered General Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within general nursing (RGN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Must have at least 2 years post qualifying experience within nursing
