What you will do:
- Support individuals by managing a caseload of 50 to 60 non-opiate cases, ensuring personalized care and attention are provided.
- Facilitate and run group sessions, encouraging participation and progress for individuals seeking recovery.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment plans and outcomes.
- Monitor and record client progress meticulously, adapting plans as needed to ensure the best support is given.
- Engage with the community, strengthening connections and understanding to better support those on the path to recovery.
