Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to work part-time based in Chelmsford.
The pay rate for this Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator job is £16 (Assignment rate). and is a 2-month contract.
Job Summary:
- To lead on an area of Essex ensuring the effective and successful delivery of the Full Circle 'Offenders With Complex and Additional Needs' Service (Mental Health, Substance Misuse and Learning difficulties)
- To liaise with the Community Rehabilitation Companies and National Probation Service to coordinate offenders who are sentenced to DRR/ATR/MHTR/RAR's
- To refer clients with complex and additional needs, including drug and alcohol issues to appropriate support agencies and safeguard the clients' reintegration into the community or ensure continuity of recovery action plan upon release from custody
- To engage work in a holistic approach and in effective partnership to ensure client's needs are supported and met
Duties of the Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role
- Experience with substance misuse clients
