Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Receptionist to work within an Older Adult Mental Health Team based in Waltham Forest.

The pay rate for this Receptionist role is £15.63 per hour (LTD) and has an ongoing long-term contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The building is closed currently on Wednesdays and so you will be provided with an agile device to continue your duties from home.

Main duties:

  • Answering phones calls coming into main team phone number and redirecting queries
  • Writing/answering emails
  • Welcoming patients and their carers/relatives to our site

Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • Front of house experience required
  • Experience of working in a mental health team highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS applications including word, excel and outlook required
  • Current and proficient RIO user highy desirable
  • Ability to speak well and convey information clearly and performing other clerical duties requested of them
