Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Receptionist to work within a Corporate Affairs Team based in Rainham.

The pay rate for this Admin Assistant role is £15.63 per hour (LTD) and has an initial 3-month contract.

This role is to work alternating weeks of 8am - 4pm / 9:30am - 5:30pm but this is under review.

Main duties:

  • Provide an effective front of house service for the Trusts Headquarters
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative support for the Corporate Affairs Team

Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • Experience working within a similar role
  • Reliable and professional with excellent time keeping skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience in reception and general administration work
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
