Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Reablement Physiotherapist to work full-time based in Wandsworth and remotely.

The pay rate for this locum Reablement Physiotherapist job is £28-£30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.

Working from home is allowed 2-4 days per week. Post holder can also work condensed hours if desired.

Main Duties:

  • Provide case management and work closely with the enablement care provider.
  • Make Recommendations and set rehabilitative goals to enable function.
  • Provide physiotherapy intervention, working closely with the allocated case manager (occupational therapist or social worker) and care provider.
  • Guide the service user through up to six weeks of the Enablement service with a view to maximising independence and working to meet reablement goals.
  • Be required to screen and work with partners to ensure that referrals into the service are appropriate.
  • Provide advice and support to multidisciplinary colleagues.

Requirements of the Reablement Physiotherapist:

  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist.
  • At least two years of post-qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist.
