Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Reablement Assistant to work full-time based in Haringey.

The pay rates for this locum Reablement Assistant role is £18.23 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.

Duties:

  • Formulate and deliver a reablement programme of care under the supervision of a therapist, with the aim to maximise independence for Haringey residents
  • Setting SMART goals for clients in relation to their care and therapy needs
  • Delivering therapy-based interventions
  • Assess for and provide equipment and adaptations
  • Complete reablement assessments under the direction of a therapist and set SMART goals for clients
  • Assess carer’s of residents undertaking a reablement program
  • Assess residents’ ongoing care and support needs following a period of reablement and set outcome focussed support plans

Requirements of the Reablement Assistant:

  • Recent experience as a Reablement Assistant
  • HCPC registration
