Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Lead Nurse to work based in Braintree.
The salary for this permanent Quality Lead Nurse job is £65,000 per annum based on experience.
Duties:
- Support nursing team with development to ensure skills meet the needs of the services, including recruitment where necessary
- Lead and monitor nursing team to deliver PH indicators i.e. Imms, flus, Cytology, QOF
- Ensure IPC measures are embedded in service as well as other areas of Covid response and winter readiness (i.e. Covid Vaccinations)
- Lead a nursing team including ANPs, PNs and HCAs
Requirements of the Quality Lead Nurse:
- RGN qualified
- Active NMC Registration
- Ability to work flexibly
- Primary care leadership experience
- Be a senior nurse
