Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to work full-time within Children's Services in Harrow. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Quality Assurance Officer job is £38,964 - £42,792 per annum.
Duties:
- To support the development and embedding of the new Quality Assurance framework within the new operating model of integrated working for Children's Services. QA has a key role in relation to performance management and driving service improvement.
- To support monitoring of performance indicators across Children's Services in relation to statutory and local requirements.
- To assist with preparation of policy and procedural development within the directorate.
Requirements of the Quality Assurance Officer:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience working in a similar role
